Join us for a  week-long vacation-education-entertainment and networking forum for real estate investors!

We understand that as real estate investors, your days are often filled with managing tenants, properties, contractors, partners, and constantly being on call. That’s why we’ve meticulously planned this week to grant you a genuine reprieve from the daily hustle. Our conference schedule is packed with a variety of opportunities to not only unwind but also to engage deeply with fellow investors, gleaning valuable insights and forging new business relations.

You will find our schedule peppered with both leisure and learning. General sessions will be convened on each day we’re cruising through the crisp ocean waters, providing a perfect backdrop for growth and relaxation. While docked at exotic ports, you’ll have the freedom to soak in the ambience, bask in the local culture, or even network aboard with like-minded professionals.

To deepen your understanding of intricate real estate topics, we’ll be offering Break Out sessions in the evenings. These intimate gatherings allow for personalized attention and interactive discussions that are sure to enrich your investing acumen.

The conference fee is $299 per person or $399 per couple and includes the following

I want to reserve my spot! What’s required?

To reserve your spot, simply click on the “Register” button and complete the cruise form that follows. A deposit of $500 per cabin is due at time of booking.

When is my final payment due?

You will pay $500 at time of booking to secure your cabin. Final payments will be processed in October 2024.

Do I have to be a REIA member to attend?

No, this event is open to the public. A REIA membership is not required.

Can I bring a guest on the cruise?

Yes! On your registration form you will have the ability to mark your cabin mate as attending or not attending. Our conference fee is $299 person or $399 per couple.

Can I have more than two people in my cabin?

Yes! Select cabin types can accommodate up to 4 people. The agents at GoTravel will go over your options at time of registration. Just click the ‘register’ button above and complete the registration form to get started as these rooms tend to sell out.

I’m a solo cruiser, how does booking work for me?

As a solo cruiser, you have a few options when it comes to booking a cabin. One option is to register and select that you are willing to room with another cruiser from our group. Another option is to pay for for cabin as a Single.  You pay the amount for two minus taxes.

What’s included in my cabin purchase?

The price of your cruise cabin includes:

  • Ship accommodations
  • Ocean transportation
  • Most meals onboard – food served in the Windjammer and Main Dining rooms
  • Some beverages onboard – water, lemonade, juices and iced tea
  • Most entertainment onboard

The following services are not included in the cruise price:

Isabelle Guarino is the COO of Impact Housing Group. She trains and coaches entrepreneurs and investors at the Residential Assisted Living Academy. With a background in Business Marketing and Communications, from interning at Walt Disney World to working at two Fortune 500 companies, she is a true leader in business development and operations. She is responsible for the creation and success of RAL National Convention, RAL National Association, Recovery Housing Academy, Pitch Masters Academy, and most of the Impact Housing Group’s companies.

Isabelle has spoken across the country and has been featured in magazines & articles nationally. She was named both “Future Leader” in the Senior Housing industry and “Top Senior Housing Influencer” under 30.

She is a sought-after coach and trainer for all things “RAL”! Isabelle’s mission is to positively impact 10,000,000 people through Residential Assisted Living, and carry on her father’s legacy by training investors & entrepreneurs how to “Do Good & Do Well”.

Marc Halpern of Part Time Investors LLC is a successful part-time real estate investor who has met all of his major life goals for happiness and financial freedom. In addition to his primary occupation as a chemist, Marc steadily increased his passive income and net worth through flipping, rentals and lease-options in LLC’s and self-directed 401k/Roth 401k’s. Marc integrates best practices and psychology in all his real estate investment strategies and has presented lectures on more than a dozen real estate topics that are now part of the “Smarter Investing” home study course. Marc has written four books on chemical technology and one book on real estate investing and is a frequent speaker at REIA’s in the Delaware Valley and around the country.

Jeffery S. Watson is an Ohio attorney with an active trial practice since 1991 and a real estate investor since 1994, specializing in both residential and commercial properties. He is a recognized expert in self-directed retirement account transactions and wealth protection. Jeff serves as general counsel to the National REIA and advises other national organizations representing over 100,000 investors. Since 2010, he has led a lobbying effort in Washington, DC for real estate investors, influencing key regulations on distressed property purchases and taxation. He also works with the Ohio Division of Real Estate on wholesaling compliance.

Tom Zeeb transformed his life through real estate investing. Now, with hundreds of deals under his belt, he shares simple, step-by-step techniques to help investors at all levels build (or rebuild) profitable businesses. Tom’s expertise in negotiation, marketing, and business strategy empowers others to achieve more time, money, and freedom. It is amazing what a few tweaks to the core elements of your business can do for you. Tom’s Podcast outlines exactly what it takes to become a real estate entrepreneur, with a specific focus on Negotiation.

Megan Orser is the SAS (Smart Apartment Solutions) powerhouse. With over 26 years of experience in apartment management and a Marketing and Communications degree from the University of Michigan, Megan brings a unique generational perspective to her work. She holds multiple accreditations, including HCCP and CALP, and is actively pursuing her Michigan Brokers license while being a CPM Candidate.

As the head of operations for Smart Apartment Solutions and Smart Moves LLC, Megan offers occupancy solutions and property management services throughout the Midwest. Beyond her professional commitments, Megan actively serves on various local, state, and national committees and councils, such as IREM, NAA, and NAAEI. She has held past and current board positions with her local and state affiliates, she held the chair position for the Independent Rental Owner committee with NAA in 2024, and now serves on the NAA Board of Directors representing Region 3. In recognition of her expertise and contributions, Megan has been honored with two NAA Excel Awards, CALP of the Year and Industry Educator of the Year.

Dawn Ford, one half of the Smart Girls team of Smart Apartment Solutions brings a plethora of experience to all things multifamily.  In her 40 years of apartment management experience, from cleaning person to Vice-President, affordable to lease-up, active in NAA and IREM, Dawn holds the CPM designation.

Smart’s curriculum delivers practical operations and marketing tips enhanced with Dawn’s varied experiences that will inspire, ignite and inform and today Dawn will delight us with the succession plan she has navigated for her own businesses.
